HOW DARTT WORKS
Over the course of 6 months, participants will complete 300 hours of on-demand, flexible technology training that can be completed at home, with computers being provided to any participants who do not currently own a computer. Participants are expected to spend 12.5 hours per week on coursework while in the program including at-home video lessons and coursework. Virtual participation is available, and applications are accepted nationally!
The entire program consists of two phases:
1. Rethink Lyfe - Personal Development
2. Introductory and Intermediate Technical Skills Training
3. Advanced Technical Skills Training (optional)

The DARTT Program (Dreams Are Realized Through Technology), is an extension of the RETHINK LYFE training.
Graduation from RETHINK LYFE is a prerequisite for any applicant to ensure that participants are equipped with the mindsets and tools needed to succeed in the DARTT program.
Graduates from RETHINK LYFE will take priority, especially parents.
